Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Vitamin Manager to lead one of the busiest departments in the store and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will assist in merchandising, inventory controls, and staff supervision while ensuring health and safety standards are met. The role emphasizes coaching, product knowledge, and teamwork to help customers make informed wellness choices in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 1 year vitamin, homeopathy, or holistic experience with leadership duties; or equivalent education/experience.
• Dependable with flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with strong customer interaction.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Responsible for ordering and inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Vitamin/HBA team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
• Lead a team to deliver high quality products and excellent customer service.
• Ensure customers receive assistance with vitamins and health products to address health and wellness needs.
• Maintain knowledge of vitamins and health products to guide customers without prescribing.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, developing, mentoring, and motivating the Vitamin team.
• Unload and sort store deliveries.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, sanitation guidelines.
