Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Vitamin Manager to lead the Vitamin Department, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. The role involves coaching staff, managing inventory, and collaborating with leadership to meet sales and operational goals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of vitamin/holistic experience with leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with 1 year of vitamin, homeopathy, or holistic experience with leadership experience.
• Have good communication skills and the ability to give and take direction.
• Perform general housekeeping in the department; clean and dust.
• Adhere to safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Be willing to gain education on new products and alternative health.
• Have strong organization and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the sales and operation of the Vitamin Department.
• Provide excellent customer service with knowledgeable guidance on supplements and related products.
• Order product and manage inventory control.
• Oversee sales and promotional events and meet sales, margin, expense, and labor goals.
• Collaborate with Buyer and Store Manager to determine inventory based on sales reports and trends.
• Recruit, hire, and promote staff in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Lead and coach team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Attend in-store meetings and participate regularly.
• Serve as Key Carrier or Manager on Duty as needed.
