Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Vitamin Manager to lead the Vitamin Department’s sales and operations. You will guide customers on vitamins and supplements and coach a team to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires vitamin/holistic experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and promotions with store leadership collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with at least 1 year of vitamin/holistic experience and leadership
• Strong communication skills and ability to take direction
• Physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to learn about new products and health topics
• Ability to manage schedules, inventory, and coaching conversations

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operation of the Vitamin Department
• Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable customer information on vitamins and related products
• Manage inventory and vendor relationships; control stock levels
• Lead team development, coaching, and performance reviews
• Collaborate with Store Manager on scheduling to meet goals
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
• Attend in-store meetings and participate in promotions
