Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Vitamin Manager to lead the Vitamin Department's sales and operations, delivering top-notch service and expert guidance on supplements. You will drive product assortment, inventory control, and promotional events while coaching staff to achieve sales, margins and labor goals.

The role requires leadership experience in vitamins/holistic health, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex schedules in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with 1 year vitamin/holistic experience and leadership.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take direction.
• Maintain department housekeeping; follow safety and regulations.
• Willing to gain education on new products and alternative health.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of personnel reports, margins, weekly sales and financial goals.
• Outgoing, friendly behavior toward team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable information about supplements.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of vitamins and related products for guidance.
• Order products and manage inventory control.
• Oversee sales and promotional events.
• Work to achieve sales, margin, expense and labor goals.
• Cooperate with Buyer and Store Manager on inventory planning.
• Coach and evaluate team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Attend and participate in in-store meetings.
• Recruit, hire and promote staff with Store Manager collaboration.
• Address team concerns and take corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure scheduling supports productivity; adjust as needed.
• Communicate standards, policy changes, and product knowledge.
• Lead a team to deliver quality products and service; memorable customer experience.
• Serve as Key Carrier or Manager on Duty as needed.
