Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Vitamin Manager to lead one of our busiest departments. You’ll supervise team members, manage inventory and ensure top-notch customer service focused on vitamins and health products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year vitamin, homeopathy, or holistic experience with leadership duties.
• Be 18+ years old with ability to work a flexible schedule including night, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to give and take direction while maintaining a team environment.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Vitamin/HBA Manager in daily department operations and merchandising.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, product quality and team supervision.
• Coordinate production, merchandising and sales through planning and teamwork.
• Lead a team to deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
• Provide guidance on vitamins and health products to customers.
