Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring an Assistant Vitamin Manager to guide one of our busiest departments and lead a team in delivering top-notch service. You will oversee inventory, product quality, and staff development while ensuring safety and compliance in a fast-paced store environment.

The role requires strong customer service, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to manage schedules, train staff, and drive department performance in a health-focused retail setting.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with 1 year of vitamin, homeopathy, or holistic experience with leadership duties (or equivalent edu/experience).
• Willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly, and able to interact with customers in a positive manner.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction in a team.
• Housekeeping in department and adherence to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and merchandising the Vitamin department for productivity and profitability.
• Oversee ordering, inventory, product quality, and supervision of the Vitamin team.
• Coordinate planning, direction, and communication to drive sales and service.
• Lead a team to deliver high quality products and exceptional customer experience.
• Guide customers on vitamins and health products, without prescribing.
