The role emphasizes knowledge of vitamins, strong leadership, and teamwork to achieve sales, margin, and inventory goals while maintaining safety standards and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with 1 year of vitamin, homeopathy, or holistic experience and leadership experience.
• Have good communication skills; ability to give and take direction.
• Be able to perform daily tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and operation of the Vitamin Department.
• Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable information on vitamins and related products.
• Order product and manage inventory control.
• Oversee sales and promotional events.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on staffing, scheduling, and coaching.
