Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Vitamin Manager to oversee the Vitamin Department's sales and operations. You will guide customers with knowledgeable, friendly service and manage product orders, promotions, and inventory control.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to coach team members and meet sales and labor targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of vitamin, homeopathy, or holistic experience with leadership experience
• Good communication skills; ability to give and take direction
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operation of the Vitamin Department
• Provide prompt, friendly, knowledgeable guidance on supplements and products
• Manage product orders and inventory control
• Lead promotional events and merchandising decisions
• Meet sales, margin, expense and labor goals through proper assortments and stock levels
• Collaborate with Buyer and Store Manager on inventory based on sales trends
• Coach and develop team members; participate in performance reviews
• Attend in-store meetings and participate in staffing decisions
• Serve as Key Carrier or Manager on Duty as needed
• Address team concerns with appropriate corrective actions and HR collaboration
• Ensure scheduling efficiency and staffing levels
• Communicate policies and knowledge to team members
• Lead a team delivering high-quality products and customer service
• Collaborate across store roles to maximize customer experience
