Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Vitamin Manager to lead the Vitamin Department's sales and operations. You will supervise team members, manage inventory, and ensure excellent customer service while achieving sales and labor goals.

The role requires leadership experience in vitamins or holistic products, strong communication, and the ability to coach staff in a fast-paced retail environment. A flexible schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a minimum of 1 year of vitamin, homeopathy, or holistic experience with leadership experience.
• Must have good communication skills and the ability to give and take direction.
• Maintain housekeeping in the department; clean and dust.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Be willing to gain education on new products and alternative health.
• Must have strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Able to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, climbing and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and operation of the Vitamin Department.
• Provide excellent customer service with knowledgeable guidance on supplements.
• Order product and manage inventory control.
• Oversee sales and promotional events and meet sales and labor goals.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on inventory and merchandising.
