You will guide product knowledge, manage inventory, and collaborate with store leadership to meet sales and margin goals.

The role emphasizes coaching team members, scheduling, and promoting health-focused products, with eligibility requirements including 18+ and leadership experience in vitamin-related fields.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with 1 year of vitamin, homeopathy, or holistic experience and leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coach and guide team members.
• Ability to maintain department housekeeping and safety compliance.
• Willingness to learn about new products and health topics.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operation of the Vitamin Department.
• Provide excellent customer service with knowledgeable product guidance.
• Manage inventory and coordinate product orders.
• Lead promotions, set schedules, and monitor labor goals.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Buyer on inventory decisions.
• Coach and evaluate team members and participate in performance reviews.
• Attend in-store meetings and participate in hiring decisions.
