You will mentor the Vitamin team, drive merchandising excellence, and collaborate with store leadership to deliver a high-quality shopping experience for customers seeking vitamins, supplements, and health & beauty

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of vitamin, homeopathy, or holistic experience with leadership duties.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong customer interaction skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and take direction within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Vitamin/HBA Manager in merchandising and department productivity.
• Oversight of ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and team supervision.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning and teamwork.
