Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Vitamin Manager to lead one of our busiest departments. You will coach a Vitamin/HBA team, ensure quality and inventory accuracy, and deliver exceptional customer service in vitamins and health products.

You will collaborate with store leadership to maintain safety standards, assist in hiring and developing staff, and maintain strong product knowledge to help customers make informed health choices.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with 1 year vitamin/holistic experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods, including climbing and bending.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Vitamin/HBA Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Responsible for ordering and inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Vitamin/HBA team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction, goal setting, communication, and teamwork.
• Lead a team to deliver high-quality products and excellent customer service in vitamins, health, and beauty by providing guidance without prescribing.
• Recruit, hire, develop, mentor, and motivate the Vitamin team.
• Unload and sort store deliveries and ensure safety guidelines are followed.
