Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Vitamin Manager to lead the Vitamin Department, delivering excellent customer service and guidance on supplements in a fast-paced setting.

You will manage inventory, plan promotions, coach team members, and collaborate with store leadership to meet sales, margin, and labor goals while ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with 1 year vitamin/holistic experience and leadership.
• Good communication skills and ability to take/receive direction.
• Perform general housekeeping in the department.
• Adhere to safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Willing to learn about new products and alternative health.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Able to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Move ladder, pallet jack, and carts as required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of personnel reports, margin reports, weekly sales numbers, and financial goals.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and operations of the Vitamin Department.
• Provide prompt, friendly, knowledgeable guidance on vitamins and related products.
• Order products and manage inventory.
• Oversee sales events and meet sales, margin, expense and labor goals.
• Collaborate with Buyer and Store Manager on inventory decisions.
• Coach and develop team; conduct performance reviews.
• Lead in-store meetings and recruitment decisions.
• Act as MOD as needed and address team concerns.
• Schedule and staff to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Communicate standards and product knowledge to staff.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and product experience.
