Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking an Assistant Store Leader – Visual to bring the brand to life through exceptional merchandising and store operations. You will lead the visual team, execute seasonal floorsets, and ensure brand standards from receiving to the salesfloor.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will partner with Operations and store leadership on daily operations, monitor KPIs, manage the budget, and drive professional growth through coaching and training of the visual team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail or store team is required.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities to manage daily operations.
• Ability to analyze KPIs and drive results through merchandising and staffing.

Responsibilities
