Job summary

At Home is seeking a Zone Lead (FT) to support merchandising across designated zones and maintain selling culture by upholding visual standards that drive sales. The role involves overseeing transitions, product assortments, and in-store promotions while coaching team members on visual priorities and standards.

The Zone Lead will manage daily tasks, participate in freight processes, and ensure a neat, organized zone.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Clear and concise communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and team-lift 100 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising processes and zone transitions.
• Plan and lead daily/weekly tasks to maintain visual standards and drive sales.
• Assist with freight processing and stock placement in designated zones.
• Maintain organized, clean zones with up-to-date signing and sets.
• Participate in team meetings and promote a culture of safety and ethics.
• Mentor team members on visual priorities and merchandising techniques.
