Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Zone Lead to supervise zoned visual merchandising in a warehouse-format store. You will ensure displays, signs, and endcaps uphold company standards designed to drive sales and guest engagement.

You will lead daily/weekly tasks, coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager, and participate in freight, stocking, and zone maintenance while promoting a safe, ethical work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be completed.
• Strong verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move merchandise in a warehouse-format store.
• Good attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising processes and maintain store standards in designated zones.
• Plan and lead daily/weekly workload to meet sales and guest experience goals.
• Participate in freight processes and stock maintenance.
• Coach and model best practices in visual merchandising.
• Review store data and act to improve metrics within zones.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.
