Job summary

At Home Stores LLC is seeking a Zone Lead for a full-time role in a warehouse-format retail environment. You will drive visual merchandising across designated zones, maintain standards, and coach team members to uphold brand visuals that stimulate guest discovery and sales.

You will manage daily workloads, support freight and stocking, and participate in safety and loss prevention initiatives, while maintaining a clean, engaging shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background check will be completed.
• Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as well as to move merchandise around the warehouse-format store routinely.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Strong attention to detail, e.g., standards, processes, marketing, etc.
• Reliable and trustworthy role model for ethical and honest behavior.

Responsibilities

• The ZL supports all aspects of the visual merchandising processes for the store by planning and leading transitions, reinventions, product changes, and resets.
• Plans/executing the daily/weekly workload and assigned tasks to deliver visual merchandising, department and store sales goals, guest engagement.
• Participates in all freight processes for incoming freight and transitions.
• Processes freight sorts, stocks product in designated areas, including down stocking and end cap maintenance.
• Supports the store team in customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, loss prevention, and customer experience.
• Serves as a role model and coach in visual merchandising and provides continuous learning opportunities.
• Teaches visual priorities and creates visual moments that support the customer experience.
• Reviews store scorecard data and acts within zones to improve metrics.
• Maintains a neat, clean, organized zone with up-to-date signing and sets.
• Open Availability (requires nights and weekends).
