At Home is seeking a Zone Lead to oversee visual merchandising in designated zones and uphold company standards that drive sales. The role supports transitions, fixtures, and in-store promotions while coaching staff and promoting a culture of safety and ethical conduct.

The Zone Lead will manage daily workloads, stock zones, and ensure neat, organized displays, with emphasis on guest experience and revenue growth. Nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Supports merchandising processes and visual standards across designated zones.
• Leads transitions, product resets and in-store marketing elements.
• Inspires guests and teammates with compelling visual merchandising.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move merchandise around the store.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead visual merchandising transitions in conjunction with the ASM.
• Maintain neat, clean, organized zones and ensure current signing and sets.
• Support freight processing and stock organization in zones.
• Coach team members on visual priorities and customer experience.
• Monitor store scorecard data to drive better sales and metrics.
• Participate in meetings to align on safety, loss prevention, and customer satisfaction.
• Open availability for nights and weekends.
