Job summary

At Home Stores LLC invites applications for the Zone Lead (Full-Time) position. The role focuses on merchandising in designated zones, upholding visual standards and driving sales through compelling displays.

You will guide team members, promote a culture of safety and compliance, and manage zones with energy and care. The Zone Lead coordinates transitions and stock, participates in freight, and ensures clean, organized areas while supporting guest engagement and store performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Background check will be completed.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs; move merchandise.
• Stand/walk for extended periods; bend, climb and reach.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Demonstrates ethical behavior, safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising processes and transitions.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly workload and tasks.
• Participate in freight processes and stocking.
• Maintain neat, clean, organized zone.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction, inventory control and safety.
• Lead and coach team on visual priorities.
• Review store scorecard metrics to improve sales.
• Open availability for nights and weekends.
