Job summary

Crate and Barrel is seeking a Team Leader, Visual to guide the merchandising team and translate the design vision into the sales floor experience in our Paramus, NJ store. You will lead by example, coach, and ensure visual standards and replenishment routines are executed with efficiency and care.

You will collaborate with the Assistant Store Leader to drive performance, manage customer service, and maintain a well-stocked, organized sales floor aligned with the brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the merchandising team and oversee floorset execution and maintenance.
