Job summary

Crate and Barrel is seeking a Team Leader, Visual to bring our merchandise design to life on the sales floor. You will mentor the merchandising team, communicate the design vision, and supervise floorset execution, signage, and collateral while maintaining replenishment standards.

You will collaborate with the Assistant Store Leader to drive customer experience and sales, coach associates, and ensure consistent visual and operational standards across departments daily.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.
• Full-Time role with open availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage associate workload with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates to maintain high performance and visible leadership.
• Train on product knowledge, selling, customer service, and policies.
• Drive sales through visual standards and floor execution.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure strong replenishment and signage.
