Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards to engage customers.
• Ensure products and displays are stocked and ready for purchase.
• Process incoming and outgoing packages, curbside orders, and ship-from-store.
• Prepare the stockroom for inventory and perform inventory duties.
• Maintain organized stockroom and perform regular stock checks.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold company standards.
• Greet customers, process payments, and escalate to management as needed.
• Support store safety training and loss prevention guidelines.
• Promote the brand through customer engagement and product knowledge.
