Job summary

Euromarket Designs, Inc., the Crate and Barrel and CB2 brand, is seeking a Team Leader, Visual to lead the merchandising team and support the Assistant Store Leader - Visual. You will guide visual presentation, floorset execution, replenishment, signage, and signage collateral while coaching staff and upholding brand standards.

You’ll analyze KPIs, drive sales through effective merchandising, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences across the store.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage associate workload as determined with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates on performance and maintain a strong visible presence in the department.
• Support performance and development for the designated team to encourage growth.
• Provide timely feedback about performance to associates and share observations with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, operations, visual standards and procedures.
• Promote sales as they pertain to the position and act as Leader On Duty (LOD).
• Review business results with the Assistant Store Leader and monitor customer feedback and associate performance.
• Ensure customers receive gracious, quick, and efficient service while maintaining brand standards.
