Job summary

Crate and Barrel is seeking an Assistant Store Leader – Visual to bring the brand to life through merchandising, store presentation, and operational excellence. You will lead a visual team, execute seasonal floorsets, and partner with Operations on daily operations including receiving and inventory control.

You will mentor and train the visual team, manage scheduling, and drive performance with a focus on exceptional customer experience and brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Full-Time roles require open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual team in seasonal floorsets and brand standards.
• Oversee receiving, inventory, and back-of-house organization.
• Manage visual budget and supplies.
• Schedule, onboard, and train visual staff.
• Collaborate with operations to drive sales and customer experience.
