lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring VM strategies to life on the sales floor, executing product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing elements to optimize guests’ experiences.

The Visual Merchandising Specialist implements key product stories, product placement strategies, and sell‑through by managing merchandise changes and mannequin styling in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in product stories, placement, and store navigation.
• Execute product presentation, mannequin styling, signage updates, and seasonal changes.
• Provide feedback and in‑the‑moment training to team members on brand standards and visual display.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment with supportive working relationships.
