lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring company‑directed VM strategies to life on the sales floor. You will manage product presentation, styling, and in‑store marketing to optimize guest experiences, aligning displays with brand stories and campaigns.

You will collaborate with leadership, execute window activations, and train teammates on visual standards while supporting omnichannel initiatives and maintaining a welcoming, inclusive store environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent or above; training or degree in design or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in product stories, placement, and store navigation.
• Execute compelling product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell‑through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage/label updates, and seasonal changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and support omnichannel programs.
• Offer on‑the‑spot feedback and training to team members on brand standards and visual display techniques.
