Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring company-standards-driven VM to life on the sales floor, shaping product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing for an optimal guest journey.

You will work with leadership to implement product stories, placements, and seasonal changes, while educating teammates and ensuring a world-class shopping experience in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.
• Education or experience in design or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Implement brand standards in product stories and placement for a world-class guest experience.
• Execute product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips: window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and support omnichannel programs.
• Provide feedback and in-the-moment training on brand standards and visual display techniques.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and supportive working relationships.
