Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring VM strategies to life on the floor. This role manages product presentation, mannequin styling, and in-store marketing to optimize guest experiences and sell-through, aligned with brand standards and store needs.

You will collaborate with store leadership, deliver world-class guest experiences, train teammates on visual display, and support an inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising or related fields.
• Strong eye for color theory and styling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Ensure brand standards in product stories and store navigation to deliver a world-class guest experience.
• Execute product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage/label updates, and seasonal changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs and provide product education.
• Provide feedback and training on brand standards and visual display techniques.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment.
