Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring brand VM standards to life on the sales floor. You will present products, style mannequins, and support in-store marketing to optimize guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Assist in executing brand standards in product stories and layout to drive guest satisfaction and store performance.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, signage and mannequin styling for seasonal campaigns as directed.
• Engage with guests to understand needs and provide product education, linking to omnichannel programs.
• Provide feedback and coaching on visual display techniques to team members.
