Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring VM strategies to life on the sales floor, executing product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing to optimize guest experiences.

You will manage visual changes, support brand standards, and collaborate with store leadership to deliver world-class, guest-centric presentation while contributing to a respectful, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, or space planning.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent; design-related training or degree.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards, product stories, and store navigation for a world-class experience.
• Execute visually appealing product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive sell-through.
• Perform VM flips including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide technical product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Provide feedback and coaching on brand standards, product placement, and visual display techniques.
• Support a respectful and inclusive team environment.
