Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design.
• Ability to collaborate with store leadership and learn brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Implement brand standards in product stories, placement, and store navigation for a guest-centric experience.
• Execute VM flips, window activations, signage and label updates, and weekly or seasonal merchandise changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
