lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist for Valencia Town Center. The role focuses on delivering brand-aligned VM, product presentation, and in-store marketing to enhance guest experiences.

You’ll execute product stories, manage mannequin styling and sign updates, and collaborate with leadership to optimize the floor layout and seasonal campaigns. This contract position supports a dynamic retail environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in product stories, placement, and intuitive store navigation.
• Execute powerful product presentation in accordance with company standards to enhance guest experience and drive sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage updates, and weekly merchandise changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and support omnichannel programs on the floor.
• Provide feedback and in‑the‑moment training on brand standards and visual display techniques to teammates.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment.
