Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring brand-standard VM presentation to life on the sales floor, curate product storytelling, and drive guest-focused experiences. You will manage product displays, mannequin styling, and seasonal updates to optimize guest flow.

The role involves collaborating with store leadership, executing displays, educating guests on products, and contributing to a positive team environment while adapting to store needs and schedules.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Basic knowledge of visual merchandising concepts.
• Willingness to learn brand standards and product storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement VM presentation and guest experience on the floor.
• Maintain brand standards across product stories, product placement, and store layout for a world-class customer experience.
• Execute VM flips, window activations, signage updates, and seasonal merchandise changes as directed.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs.
• Provide on-the-floor training and feedback to team members on brand standards and display techniques.
• Support an inclusive, collaborative team environment and strong working relationships.
