Job summary

lululemon seeks a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring VM strategies to life on the sales floor, styling products, and coordinating mannequin displays in alignment with brand standards.

You will collaborate with store leadership to optimize guest experience through compelling product storytelling and precise presentation. The role involves flipping displays, signage updates, and delivering in-the-moment training to the team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in key product stories, product placement, and intuitive store navigation.
• Execute powerful and visually appealing product presentation in accordance with company standards to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Execute VM flips, including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal or weekly merchandise changes.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess their needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into a seamless end-to-end guest experience.
• Provide direct feedback and in-the-moment training related to brand standards and visual display techniques.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by establishing supportive working relationships.
