Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring company-directed VM strategies to life across our stores. You will manage product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing elements to optimize guests’ experiences and sales.

You’ll implement key product stories, placement strategies, and mannequin styling, while collaborating with store leadership and team members to deliver world-class, inclusive guest experiences and consistent brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, or related design fields.
• Ability to travel to assigned store.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Implement brand standards in product stories and store navigation to enhance guest experience.
• Execute product presentation and mannequin styling to drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips including window activations, signage updates, and campaigns.
• Provide product education and feedback to team members on the floor.
• Support inclusive team environment and collaboration.
