Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring brand VM standards to life on the sales floor. You will manage product presentation, mannequin styling, signage, and seasonal changes to create an inviting guest experience and drive sell-through.

Collaborate with store leadership, train team members on display techniques, and ensure consistency with brand stories. You’ll engage with guests, support omnichannel programs, and contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, design, or space planning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM to life on the floor.
• Maintain brand standards in product stories and placement for guest experience.
• Execute product presentation and visual displays to drive sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, signage updates, and campaigns as directed.
• Engage with guests to assess needs and explain product education.
• Provide on-the-spot training on brand standards and display techniques.
• Foster an inclusive team environment.
