You will manage merchandise changes and mannequin styling to support a world-class guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, or space planning.
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests' experiences through brand standards in product stories, placement, and store navigation.
• Execute product presentation per company standards to enhance guest experience and drive sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage, and weekly merchandise changes as directed.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Provide in-the-moment training related to brand standards and visual display techniques to team members.
• Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.
