Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring company VM strategies to life on the store floor. You will handle product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing to optimize guest experiences, while delivering key product stories and seasonal campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience required.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the store location.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Implement brand standards in product stories, placement, and store navigation for a world-class guest experience.
• Execute compelling product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips such as window activations, mannequin styling, signage, and weekly merchandise changes.
• Engage guests to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
