Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring company-driven VM strategies to life on the sales floor. You will manage product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing to optimize guest experiences and support sell-through.

Responsibilities include executing VM flips, training teammates on display techniques, and collaborating with store leadership to deliver brand standards while engaging customers with knowledgeable product education.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.
• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.
• Education in design or related field is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in key product stories and store navigation.
• Execute powerful product presentation in accordance with company standards to enhance guest experience and drive sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage, and seasonal updates as directed.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Provide in-the-moment training on brand standards and visual display techniques to teammates.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment.
