Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to ensure VM standards are brought to life on the sales floor through styling and in-store campaigns. You will execute product presentation, manage displays, and support the guest experience with brand-aligned visuals.

Responsibilities include collaborating with store leadership, applying brand standards, and delivering world-class guest service while adapting to store needs. Prior experience in retail merchandising is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail or fashion merchandising experience preferred.
• Knowledge of color theory and visual display.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Maintain brand standards in key product stories, product placement, and intuitive store navigation.
• Execute visually compelling product presentations in line with company standards to enhance guest experience and drive sell-through.
• Perform VM flips including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal or weekly merchandise changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide technical product education, and integrate omnichannel programs into a seamless experience.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and training on brand standards to teammates.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment.
