Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring our VM strategies to life in-store, executing product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing elements for an elevated guest experience.

The role requires 1 year of retail experience and knowledge of visual merchandising, with opportunities to train others and grow within the team while supporting an inclusive store environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Maintain brand standards in product stories and placement for a world-class guest experience.
• Create visually appealing product displays to drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage updates, and seasonal changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs and provide product education.
• Offer on-the-spot training to team members on brand standards and visual display techniques.
• Support an inclusive team environment and positive working relationships.
