You will implement key product stories, placement strategies, and seasonal campaigns, manage merchandise changes and mannequin styling, and provide on-the-floor training to teammates while upholding brand standards and a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Experience with visual merchandising or fashion merchandising preferred.
• Education or experience in design, interior design, or space planning helpful.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to deliver VM on the floor.
• Ensure brand standards in product stories and placement.
• Execute VM flips, window activations, and mannequin styling.
• Train team on brand standards and visual display techniques.
• Create an inclusive team environment and support peers.
