Job summary

lululemon in Palm Springs is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to elevate in-store presentation and guest experience. You will implement product stories, styling, and displays aligned with brand standards while adapting to each store's needs.

You will collaborate with store leadership, perform VM updates, train teammates, and contribute to an inclusive, high-energy environment that helps guests move, grow, and connect with our brand.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above; training or degree in design or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in key product stories and store navigation for a world-class guest experience.
• Execute powerful and visually appealing product presentation in accordance with company standards to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Execute VM flips, including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal or weekly merchandise changes.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess their needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into a seamless end-to-end guest experience.
• Provide direct feedback and in-the-moment training related to brand standards, product placement, and visual display techniques to support team learning and development.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by establishing supportive working relationships with team members.
