lululemon in Florida is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring brand standards to life on the sales floor. You will execute product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing elements to optimize guests’ experiences.

Collaborating with store leadership, you will manage mannequin styling, signage updates, and seasonal campaigns, while connecting with guests to understand needs and provide product education.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in key product stories and product placement.
• Execute powerful product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and weekly merchandise changes.
• Engage with guests, provide technical product education, and connect omnichannel programs into a seamless experience.
• Provide feedback and in-the-moment training related to brand standards and display techniques.
• Foster an inclusive team environment and supportive relationships.
