Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Palm Springs is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring our VM strategies to life on the sales floor. You will present products, style mannequins, and implement seasonal campaigns to enhance guest experiences and drive sell-through.

You will collaborate with store leadership, translate brand standards into compelling in-store visuals, and train teammates on presentation techniques. Must have retail sales experience and a background in merchandising or design.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through consistent implementation of brand standards in key product stories and store navigation.
• Execute powerful product presentation in accordance with company standards to enhance guest experience and drive sell through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal merchandise changes.
• Interact with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs.
• Provide feedback and in-the-moment training related to brand standards and visual display techniques.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment.
