lululemon Athletica is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist for The District at Green Valley Ranch to bring our VM strategies to life on the sales floor. You will execute product presentation, mannequin styling, and in-store marketing elements that align with brand standards and local store needs, delivering a world-class guest experience.

The role requires collaboration with store leadership, attention to display detail, and the ability to adapt to evolving campaigns and seasonal changes.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Implement brand standards in product stories and placement to create a world-class guest experience.
• Execute VM flips, window activations, signage updates, and seasonal merchandise changes as directed.
• Provide technical product education and support omnichannel initiatives on the floor.
• Offer feedback and training on brand standards and visual display techniques to the team.
