lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist for Brookfield Place to bring brand-aligned VM presentation and guest experiences to life on the selling floor. You will organize product stories, mannequin styling, and seasonal updates while collaborating with store leadership to optimize navigation and sell-through.

The role requires 1 year of retail experience and exposure to visual merchandising concepts, with a focus on education, styling, and on-floor training to elevate guest

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guest experiences through brand standards, product stories, and intuitive store navigation.
• Execute product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal changes.
• Provide on-floor product education and integrate omnichannel programs into the guest journey.
• Offer feedback and in-the-moment training to team members on brand standards and display techniques.
• Foster an inclusive team environment with supportive working relationships.
