Job summary

lululemon in Massachusetts is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring brand VM standards to life on the floor. You will execute product presentation, mannequin styling, signage and weekly merchandise changes to support guest experiences.

You will collaborate with store leadership to align on stories, placement and intuitive store navigation, while coaching team members on brand standards and inclusive teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation to life.
• Implement brand standards in product stories and store navigation.
• Execute impactful product presentation and signage updates.
• Perform VM flips, including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal or weekly merchandise changes.
• Engage with guests to understand needs and provide product education.
• Provide feedback and training on brand standards to team.
• Support an inclusive team environment.
