Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in key product stories, placement, and intuitive store navigation.
• Execute product presentation in accordance with company standards to enhance the guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal merchandise changes as directed.
• Provide in-the-moment training related to brand standards and display techniques for team development.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment through supportive working relationships.
