Job summary

Crate & Barrel in Cincinnati is seeking an Assistant Store Leader – Visual to bring the brand to life through merchandising, store presentation, and operational excellence. You will lead the visual team, execute seasonal floorsets, and ensure brand standards across the salesfloor and back-of-house.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will partner with Operations and leadership on daily operations, analyze store KPIs, mentor staff, and own scheduling, onboarding, and training to develop product

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.
• Full-Time roles: open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual team in executing seasonal floorsets and maintaining brand standards.
• Partner with Operations and store leadership on receiving, inventory, and back-of-house standards.
• Analyze KPIs to drive business performance and manage replenishment and clearance areas.
• Own scheduling, onboarding, and training to develop product knowledge and visual skills.
• Ensure gracious, quick service and a strong customer experience.
